With unique levels of artistry and musicianship, Natalia Vilchis is a Mexican Cellist currently based in Baltimore, MD and dedicated to both classical and modern music performance.
I am originally from Monterrey, Mexico, where I fell in love with music and started playing the cello at the age of 8.
“I believe that music is one of the most beautiful ways the human being can recreate itself.
It enhances the well-being of a person, a society, and even the environment.
Music transcends cultures, races, and social classes.
Music breathes life into a busy, stressed society.
It provides an escape, and it acts as a shield against the unpredictability and lurking chaos of the outside world.”

What do I want to say as an artist?
Celebrate the human, tell stories, connect with audiences, and share feelings with this incredible language that goes beyond what words can express.”
